Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in a B2B environment. In this role you will help develop and manage the distribution of impactful content to online channels, assist in the creation and deployment of campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads, and coordinate the monitoring, analyzing and reporting of content and campaign performance against strategic digital marketing plans. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, you will be a key member of the digital marketing team and will work in collaboration with internal subject matter experts and external partners to assist in the execution of the overall marketing and branding strategy.

This flexible hybrid position is based in Cincinnati, OH.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

  • Content Marketing: Assist in the development and execution of content and social media strategy
  • Website Management: Create and edit website content in Sitecore
  • Demand Generation: Help create brand awareness and lead generation through social channels, and interpret social media/digital metrics as they relate to organizational goals and make real-time optimizations to increase effectiveness of campaign content and delivery
  • Campaign Management and Execution: Collaborate within marketing and sales to build high-performing landing pages, promotions, event-specific campaigns, and optimized user experiences
  • SEO: Understand SEO principles to assist in the development and implementation of content, and ensure consistency across all channels. Research and implement content recommendations for organic SEO success, including keyword research, meta tags, backlinks, etc. 
  • Marketing automation: Build campaigns and workflows to nurture and convert qualified leads
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Track, report, and analyze website analytics. Compile metrics to evaluate and improve content and campaign performance.
  • A/B Testing: Develop and implement testing strategies to drive campaign and website optimization


  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing or other relevant field
  • 3-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience is required, preferably in a B2B environment. Key experience areas include demand generation, marketing automation (HubSpot preferred), lead qualification, and social media management.
  • Experience managing web content with a CMS, experience in Sitecore is highly preferred
  • Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Basic proficiency with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and ability to troubleshoot layout issues in email and landing pages
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without regular supervision
  • Interest in and ability to learn new technologies
  • Current with latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance measurement
