Experience Design Process

1 - Creative Download Meeting & UX Audit

Project kick-off includes a creative download to learn brand guidelines and requirements. A UX audit is done to set a plan for redesign.

2 - Homepage & Navigation Design

Creative concepts presented in desktop & mobile views. One concept approved and used as core creative for all other templates/ components.

3 - Homepage Markup

Homepage & nav design begins markup process and user stories entered for the first sprint. Image sizes, character counts, etc. will be provided in a style guide to assist content authoring.

4 - Remaining Templates & Components Design

Remaining templates & components design will follow steps 2 & 3 one at a time. A priority will be set, and they will be assigned to a sprint.
